Cancellations:
Safety is our first concern. Pacific Beach Surf Shop may cancel or reschedule sessions due to unsafe conditions. Bad weather including rain, excessive winds, large surf and extreme pollution may be some factors that cancel a lesson. If a lesson is canceled because of unsafe conditions and cannot be rescheduled a full refund will be issued.
Clients can cancel with at least a 24-hour notice in order to receive a refund.
Cancellations under 24-hours will be charged $50.00.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the lesson.
Credit card charges: Charges will appear on your statement as “Pacific Beach Surf Shop”.
